Criteria: Be a Nevada Resident
Have obtained a high school diploma:
From a public or private high school located in Nevada, or
From a public or private high school in a county of another state that borders Nevada and accepts Nevada residents, or
General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School Equivalency Test (HiSET)
Have successfully completed the high school equivalency assessment before the age of 20 by July 1
